I started my fitness journey as a personal trainer 14 years ago in Canada. I continued to further my knowledge taking nutrition , volleyball coaching, and Olympic lifting courses. All of this combined with a love of travelling lead me to a physiotherapy degree in the Netherlands in 2018.
