Freya is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) based in Maitland, NSW. She graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). Freya’s love for food and cooking initially drew her to dietetics, and now she wishes to inspire and educate others to live a healthy lifestyle through food. Freya has a variety of areas of interest including general nutrition and healthy eating advice, weight management and children and family nutrition. She is also passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition information online.
