She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) degree, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of political, behavioural, and social sciences, and equipped her with the skills necessary for professional practice in the human services field. As a certified counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a learning and development specialist, Richelle has a broad range of expertise. She specialises in general counselling and has experience working with families, in adult mental health, and with children and young people. In her practice, Richelle uses a variety of tools and techniques to encourage individuals to value the process of taking the next step towards a brighter future.
