I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on understanding each individual’s unique journey. My goal is to work with you to explore what is getting in the way from living the life you want. I believe each individual is the expert of their own lives – my role is to help foster further awareness and provide a safe, calm and structured environment for exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, as well as developing new strategies.
My work is guided by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness and self-compassion techniques. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, low self-esteem, social anxiety, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I work with adults and young people aged 18+ and am passionate about creating an inclusive space that affirms all identities, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is flexible, relaxed and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
