Feel Better Limestone Coast provides an all ages, all abilities and neurodiversity affirming counselling, therapy and psychosocial support service helping people feel better through challenges they face in everyday life. Both Celeste Raymond and Rachel Fenn have completed further specialist training in both autism and ADHD to assist in providing a neurodiversity affirming service. Celeste and Rachel are proud to be bringing EMDR therapy to the Limestone Coast region as a gold standard for treatment of trauma related symptoms. Our practice is committed to providing trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming services.
Celeste and Rachel are trained to provide the following therapies:
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for people of all ages (full members of EMDRAA);
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)(including specific skills in grief, loss and change, and therapeutic art-based therapy);
Play Based Therapy (including Marte Meo);
Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT) for children;
Parallel Parent Child Narrative Therapy (PPCN);
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT);
Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT);
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT);
Relaxation Strategies;
As experienced and accredited mental health social workers Celeste and Rachel are also able to provide Functional Capacity Assessments for people with psychosocial and other disabilities.

AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience in private practice, child and adolescent mental health, adult mental health, disability, and family services. I specialise in providing neurodiversity-affirming trauma-informed services. I am a full member of the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association of Australia and am working towards EMDR practitioner accreditation, with a focus on adapting treatments for individuals with ADHD, Autism, aphantasia, and other neurodevelopmental differences. I am an advocate for change and preventative mental health care. I have further specific interests in community development, mental health advocacy and support provision within and across sporting communities.
I am a Medicare provider and rebates will apply for people with a current Mental Health Treatment and referral letter from their GP.

AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience in private practice, child and adolescent mental health, adult mental health, disability, and family services. I specialise in providing neurodiversity-affirming trauma-informed services, drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman. I am a full member of the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association of Australia and am working towards EMDR practitioner accreditation, with a focus on adapting treatments for individuals with ADHD, Autism, aphantasia, and other neurodevelopmental differences. I am an advocate for change and preventative mental health care. I have a specific interest in women’s health, and in particular the impact of perimenopause, menopause and neurodevelopmental differences on mental health and evidence-based holistic treatment.
