Ece (pronounced Ejay) is passionate about working with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, ADHD, emotion regulation, post-traumatic stress disorder, and recovery from traumatic and challenging life experiences.
Ece is a genuine and patient therapist who aims to provide a trusting and non-judgmental space where clients can gain deeper insights about themselves and develop coping strategies that best suit their needs. She works collaboratively with you to reach your therapeutic goals and move towards living in line with what truly matters to you. She values a strength-based and person-centered approach.
Ece is an accredited EMDR therapist and utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including mindfulness-based CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, art therapy and emotion focused therapy.
Ece has a background in suicide crisis support, disability support and facilitating group therapy sessions. She is experienced in working with people from diverse cultures. Ece can provide cognitive assessments, ADHD assessments and works with NDIS participants.
