I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about women's health and providing care that is person centred and non-pathologising. I believe that psychological care is a collaborative partnership and can empower, enrich insight and support health and well-being. I view the menstrual cycle as a strength and have a special interest in using it as a psychological resource in therapy. My approach is uniquely tailored to your needs and circumstances, utilising psycho-education, solution-focused therapy, ACT/mindfulness, narrative practices, CBT and a focus on interpersonal process.
