Overview

I’ve been in the helping field for over 20 years and am deeply passionate about helping people out of their suffering. I have specialised training in couples counselling and trauma. I also have specialist training in energy psychology methods such as ThetaHealing, emotional freedom technique (EFT Tapping), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), meditation and breathwork. I have a special interest in medical crisis, end of life transition, working with girls/young women 16-25 and healing relationships in crisis. I hold a Ph.D in clinical psychology and I am a board approved supervisor. Variety makes life interesting, and I welcome 5+1 interns and qualified psychologists for regular supervision.
