I have been a registered psychologist for over 20 years and dedicated many of these years to understanding and treating anxiety (social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder), eating disorders and depression. More broadly, I am interested in the mental health and well-being of women and girls. I also have a special interest in Autism and ADHD. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety disorders and eating disorders, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment informed psychotherapy, interpersonal therapy, process-experiential psychotherapy, gestalt techniques and utilise feminist frameworks in understanding mental health and well-being.
