Therapy with Sarah
I work in collaboration with you to help you feel more empowered to make the changes that you want. Because I am aware that everyone is unique, I take time to understand you as an individual, so that the work we do fits with who you are. I appreciate how difficult it can be to start the journey of therapy and so I aim to be an empathic and compassionate support throughout the process. I work in an integrative manner. This means that rather than adhere to one approach, I pull from different modalities to ensure our way of working together best meets your needs. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive behaviour therapy and Compassion Focused therapy. I work in a way that aims to focus more on your story, what has happened to you and where you would now like your path to go. I hope to free you from any restraints you feel have been placed on you, so that you can truly live a life you value.
