EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
The maintenance of good health extends beyond the physical and encompasses emotional wellbeing. This allows us to better cope with life's challenges and to embrace change. The way we interpret our experiences influences our thinking and ultimately how we feel. How we feel often affects our sense of self. Thus, balanced thinking can lead to balanced wellbeing.
