Dr Lisa Burke supports adult clients coping with grief and loss, and in recognition of this she has been designated a Fellow in Thanatology for her clinical, teaching, and research contributions. Lisa works not only with those grieving end of life, but also with those grieving non-death losses such as adoption, developmental experiences (e.g. infertility, ageing), life changes (e.g. endings, divorce, retirement), and unexpected mental or physical health diagnoses. Whatever your circumstances, Lisa brings passion, compassion, and belief in the human capacity for change. Lisa is empathic, respectful, and endorses the client and psychologist working together to achieve client-centred goals.
