Dr Kerith Duncanson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 25 years of dietetics experience – in the private and public health sectors. Kerith consults with clients from across the world via telehealth, specifically people with gut health issues. This consulting work complements Kerith’s work as a digestive health dietitian and researcher.
Kerith also actively supports and mentors the Help Yourself dietetics team who consult throughout the Mid North Coast of NSW. She had worked for 20 years on the Mid North Coast as a private practice dietitian and Community Nutritionist before completing a PhD in 2015.
Kerith’s pragmatic and intuitive approach to providing dietetic advice stems from this diverse professional experience, combined with a thorough enjoyment of food and eating! Kerith has written 50 articles for journals, two book chapters and is the author of a book titled ‘Licence to Eat’.
