Dr Jan’s passion for caring for people and helping them through their health journey; has evolved from over 40 years' experience during her career in health; as a GP, Psychologist, Nursing sister, Professional Medical Educator, and a previous Medical Researcher. She is a Specialist GP in Mental Health, with training recognised by the College of RACGP to be a provider of Mental Health Care with Focussed psychological therapies, as well as being a Specialist GP working with your Gut Health and your Mood, hormonal and Stress interactive Microbiome*. Dr Jan graduated in Medicine from the University of Queensland in 2001 with Distinction and has won Academic Awards including in Psychology and research.
