Dr James Gillard Osteopath

James loves Osteopathy as he feels that the philosophy behind its practice resonates deeply with his own philosophy on health and wellbeing. James considers himself a story teller and enjoys the problem solving nature of clinical practice and assisting the management of complex health conditions. In particular, he is passionate about working with babies, children and pregnant women, as well as patients suffering chronic pain and sporting injuries. Away from the office, James likes to be active and challenge his body to move in different ways, something which he also advocates to his patients. He is happy when surrounded by nature (without shoes where possible), amongst family and friends or simply with a guitar and a nice cup of coffee.
