Therapy with Jacqueline
I have a passion to help individuals to flourish and create meaningful and sustainable outcomes. I work with our adult population treating a variety of psychological presentations, particularly with individuals experiencing change including life and/or career transitions, and workplace issues such as potential burnout, vicarious trauma, and navigating uncertainty.
I am deeply committed to partnering with individuals using an integrated and practical approach that is compassionate, highly supportive, and tailored to their specific needs. I value that a therapeutic relationship built on trust, mutual respect and a sense of hope is the starting point of any meaningful work with my clients.
I am a strong advocate for advancing health and well-being through the principles of lifestyle medicine, drawing from current evidenced-based practices in conjunction with the broad frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. I have a special interest in how sleep impacts overall health, and I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) practitioner.
