Overview

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Is your body not doing what it's supposed to without pain? Are you constantly in pain and nobody and nothing has been able to help you? Well, Dr. Huan Tran (D.O.), felt that way when he was 28 years old. From falling out of a moving car as a kid, falling off the adventure playgrounds, exercising and training in martial arts incorrectly, to eating poorly - the writing was on the wall and it wasn't pretty. He was in pain, and the many practitioners he found could only relieve his pain temporarily and often to only a small extent. Nowadays, Dr. Tran has been able to transform his life around by trying and testing many forms of therapy so you do not have to. He is a highly dedicated and skilled manual medicine practitioner having gained qualifications in osteopathy, myotherapy, pilates, fitness, kinesiology, counterstrain and remedial massage therapy. He has completed various continuing education courses both here in Australia and the US. Furthermore, he has taught myotherapy and anatomy at several TAFE’s and registered training organisations. He is fully qualified and is registered with AHPRA. Dr. Tran treats nearly all pain conditions. Patients have often reported significant improvements within 3 treatments. He has a particular interest in chronic pain and migraines. Your session with Dr. Tran will be direct and to the point with many clients surprised with how gentle he is. He will be able to demonstrate where your pain is originating from and every session will be tailor-made to unlock the underlying problem that is preventing the body from healing itself. This results in a long-term solution. If you are ready to say goodbye to your pain fast and start enjoying your life again, you are invited to request an appointment now. Your body will thank you for it thousands of times over. Not convinced yet? Dysfunctions in the body can be found in 4 ways When you move a particular way, can you always reproduce that pain? When I move like this, it always hurts the same way. When you poke at an area, the same spot, every time, it feels more sensitive than normal. You don't need to press as hard as the tissue is about 4 times more sensitive than other spots. When you stretch a particular way, and you always have to tension in that spot. You find no amount of exercise, massage, or stretching throughout the years seems to have an effect on removing those dysfunctions. It only seems to make it better, but then it comes back. Come see Dr. Tran and he'll be able to show you how he can help resolve your issues. ★★Book Dr. Tran by clicking and calling any of the 7 clinics listed at top of the page.★★ Mondays - United Medical Centre, Waverley or Moe (Alternating Mondays - Please Call Medical Centre) Tuesdays - GN Medical Centre, Kilsyth Wednesdays - GN Medical Centre, Kilsyth / After 5 PM - Sia Medical Centre, Croydon Thursdays - GN Medical Centre, Kilsyth Fridays - Croydon Family Practice, Croydon Saturdays - Evans Road Medical Centre, Cranbourne West Sundays - Duff Street Medical Clinic, Cranbourne West ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What if I can't afford treatment? Patients are eligible for these allied health services if their medical practitioner (GP) decides if the patient’s chronic condition would benefit from allied health services and what number and combination of services that are appropriate for the patient. The medical practitioner (GP) will then have to completed both: A General Practitioner Management Plan (GPMP) Team Care Arrangements (TCAs). Some other Allied Health Professionals may have longer TCA consultations) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What do osteopaths do? Osteopaths take a hands-on approach to healthcare, paying close attention to the link between your body structure and how it is currently operating. Osteopaths focus on how your bones, joints, muscles, nerves and circulation work together to treat acute and chronic pain to improve your overall health & well-being. “An osteopath is only a human engineer, who should understand all the laws governing his engine and thereby master disease” – Andrew Taylor Still, D.O.
