Creating connections and building relationships with others makes me who I am. Therapy can be a daunting prospect for many but my goal is always to support others to feel comfortable, supported, and above all - listened to. I believe everyone deserves support, and for me, providing that support is a privilege. I aim to support you in a collaborative, evidence-based and nonjudgmental way (music and humour are also important to me, so where we can work those in too – even better!).
I have experience working with many different types of anxiety and mood problems, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-harm, sexuality and gender, sleeping problems, assertiveness training, self-esteem issues, behavioural concerns, HSC stress, eating disorders and emotional eating, psychosis and burnout, among others. I like to use ACT, CBT, mindfulness, DBT, schema therapy, and systemic therapy.
