Overview

Emma is a warm and compassionate therapist, who demonstrates authentic care and a deep understanding of her clients' needs. With twenty five years experience as a clinical psychologist, Emma has a long history in the public sector in both London and Sydney. Emma has worked in private practice in Sydney's CBD for over a decade, and during this time has worked with diverse individuals and couples, to enhance their mental health and well-being. Emma is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Her extensive expertise allows her to tailor therapy to each individual's unique circumstances, offering both short-term solutions and long-term support. For most of her career, Emma has provided supervision and training to fellow psychologists and has contributed to psychology doctoral programmes in the UK. She consistently extends her own professional development via training and supervision. Emma offers appointments on Wednesdays in her Surry Hills rooms and via Telehealth. Fees are $275 per 50 minute session. A rebate of $141.85/session is available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan issued by a General Practitioner.

  • Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Psychology '92

Accreditations

  • Fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia with a specialist endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
