I am a Clinical Psychologist and PsyBA Clinical Supervisor. I am also the Clinical Director and owner of Reflective Psychology and Harbour Therapy Clinic. I provide clinical supervision and organisational consulting.
I have worked with several NGO’s, including the Black Dog Institute, Full Stop Australia, the Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre and headspace Coffs Harbour & Grafton. Most recently, I held the position of Clinical Lead at headspace Coffs Harbour, overseeing the clinical quality of services, and supervising the clinical staff. I have a special interest in healthcare community education and supporting the health care system to become more trauma-informed.
I completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Psychology with honours at UNSW (Sydney), my PhD in Medicine (Neuroscience) at McGill (Montreal, Canada), and my Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University (Sydney). I am currently the recipient of the Anstice Scholarship for Community Leadership with the Sydney University MBA program - the top ranked MBA in Australia.
In parallel to my clinical career, I have held a number of teaching and academic positions in Medicine, Psychology and Criminology, and currently teach into the Master of Clinical Psychology and Master of Professional Psychology at several Australian Universities.
