Joy is an experienced psychologist specializing in working with adults, adolescents, and children. With over 15 years in the field, she has accumulated extensive experience across a variety of clinical settings. Her areas of interest encompass mental health across the lifespan, including ante and post-natal mental health, fertility counseling, anxiety disorders, stress and coping strategies, and the psychological well-being of older adults.
Joy employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. She provides services at PRA on Saturdays.
