Clinical Psychologist

Tim is a Clinical Psychologist based in Geraldton WA. Working with people of all ages, he specialises in assessing and treating children and young people. He works in private practice and for the Child Development Services at the Regional Hospital in Geraldton and at Mullewa Community Health. He has private rooms in Forrest Street and has admission privileges at St John of God Hospital. He has worked in psychological practice for 16 years in paediatric, psychiatric, clinical and forensic settings. He is a Juris Doctor of Law. He is currently a member of the Regional Rural and Remote Advisory Group (RRRAG) to the national board of the APS and a member of the General Advisory Group of the APS. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Clinical Psychologists (FCCLP), an Associate Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists (COP) and is registered with the National Board of Psychology to supervise Provisionally Registered Psychologists and Clinical Registrars for national endorsement. He is a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Mediator. He is a consultant to the Department of the Attorney General, the Department of Disability Services, the Department for Child Protection and the Department of Health. He is an expert witness to the Family Court of WA. He is an endorsed provider to HCWA (Helping Children with Autism) and Better Start as well as VVCS and DVA (Department of Veteran's Affairs). He has experience in writing reports for criminal injury, family court, autism, dyslexia and intellectual disability assessment as well as for other clinical, organisational, educational and forensic purposes.
