With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Dayna Taberner is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and holds a Master’s in Mental Health Sciences. She has worked across a variety of settings, including community mental health, acute inpatient units, emergency departments, and private practice, gaining extensive expertise in complex mental health presentations.
Dayna is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Part 1 & 2
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E)
