Therapy with David
For over 30 years I have worked with the most diverse range of people, each with unique situations and problems to be resolved. I have developed a therapeutic style which attends to your desired outcomes, hopes and goals. Therapy is always a collaborative process but one filled with empathy and free of judgement. I will work with you to create that therapeutic environment, free of judgement, where you can explore difficulties and find solutions.
Our training and research in psychology teaches that we develop through many factors such as, our environment, our family and personal life situation. Sometimes it is helpful to explore these factors, sometimes it is possible just to look for solutions. The therapeutic path forward is therefore very individual, and I will always work intelligently and sensitively with your specific needs.
