Overview
Shirley is an experienced counselor known for her warm and genuine approach. She works from a person-centred perspective and has extensive experience helping clients who experience attachment issues & trauma including childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. Shirley also has a special interest in counseling people with drug and alcohol issues, anxiety, and depression, and believes in healing through relationships.
Shirley is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) (Level 4) and a Clinical member of PACFA. In addition, she is a Registered Clinical Supervisor with both the ACA & PACFA. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counselling.
