Dr Ana Lusicic

Psychiatrist

Ana is a psychiatrist with broad experience in managing different mental health issues, with particular interest in women’s mental health and youth psychiatry. Ana finished medical school and psychiatry training at the University of Zagreb, Croatia before coming to Australia. After obtaining RANZCP Fellowship she held positions of psychiatrist in ORYGEN Health service, Second Opinion scheme run by Victorian public mental health services and worked in the Clarity Health Care private practice in Melbourne. Recently she returned from academic and work experience in Canada, where she was affiliated with University of Toronto and worked in one of the largest Centres for Mental Health and Addictions in North America. She gained Master of Affective Neuroscience in 2017 in Firenze, Italy on the topic of OCD. Currently Ana is involved in development of public youth mental health services in Tasmania. In private practice her focus is on helping women manage mental health difficulties over different stages and phases of life.

Dr Matthew Warden

Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Matthew Warden brings significant experience across public and private mental health services in both Australia and the UK. His previous roles include Director of Acute Inpatient Services, ECT and MHA governance at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne; Consultant Psychiatrist in the Hobart and Southern Districts Community Mental Health Team, Tasmania; and a member of the Mental Health Act Tribunal in Tasmania. Dr Warden has also held academic roles with the University of Melbourne. Matthew obtained his MBBS in 1995, his MRC Psych in 2000 and his Diploma of Mental Health Law at Northumbria University, UK, in 2004.

Minette is a registered psychologist and clinical registrar who has experience working with both individuals and groups across community mental health services and inpatient/outpatient settings. Minette adopts a gentle, empathic, and collaborative approach in her practice, tailoring interventions to suit the unique experiences of each individual. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to work towards their therapeutic goals. Minette is passionate about evidence-based therapeutic approaches and utilises components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to empower individuals and support them in achieving positive and meaningful change. Mr Enzo Somosi(He/him)

Enzo is a psychologist and clinical registrar who has experience providing crisis support and recovery-oriented mental outreach. His therapeutic approach integrates a range of practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Enzo has also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is particularly interested in working with LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous relationships. With a background spanning hospitality, sales, advertising, and not-for-profits, as well as several years managing a psychology practice, I have developed a deep understanding of human connection and the challenges people face at different stages of life. Having completed my formal training and been practicing with supervision for nearly two years, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve meaningful change. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, while also integrating tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and other modalities. My goal is to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, ensuring it is practical, accessible, and impactful. With a lifetime of varied experiences and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting others, I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where clients of all ages and backgrounds feel heard and understood.
