Christophe’s core area of interest and passion is mental health recovery, believing that hope and recovery is possible despite the often-overwhelming nature of the mental health recovery journey. Christophe’s therapeutic approach is grounded in authentic, strengths-based, collaborative, and person-centred principles. He draws inspiration from trauma-informed practices, community development, social justice, and feminist frameworks to provide a holistic and empowering healing experience.
