Chloe is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working across a range of both public, private and not-for profit mental health settings. Chloe enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and adults and has experience in treating emotional dys-regulation issues, anxiety and depression, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, stress, relationship issues and adjusting to major life changes. Chloe draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Existential and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
