Chloe is a warm and empathetic psychologist who is passionate about providing evidence-based care to adults and adolescents. Chloe takes a collaborative approach to working with clients and is dedicated to creating a safe space in which to understand each client as an individual and to assist them in reaching their goals and living an enriching and fulfilling life.
Chloe has experience working with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress (including work stress), obsessive compulsive disorders, interpersonal and relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, identity and self-esteem issues and grief and loss. Chloe draws on several therapeutic styles to best support her clients, these include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Schema therapy and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to her work in private practice, Chloe has worked as a research assistant at the University of Sydney and has worked supporting women impacted by the department of criminal justice. Chloe has a particular interest in providing a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and particularly enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ young people.
