She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working at your pace to find strategies to manage your thoughts and behaviours and to help you achieve your goals. She is committed to providing evidence-based treatments that are tailored to meet your unique needs. Chelsea is also trained in conducting psychometric assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. This includes assessments of cognitive ability, learning difficulties and personality.
