I truly believe that people face challenges in their daily lives, but they have the resources to overcome them. As a clinical psychologist, I am available to support them through their process of change. I believe that when people access appropriate support when needed, we can prevent later issues. The key is how we stay mentally healthy.
Carolina has experience working with a wide range of mental health presentations, such as depression, anxiety, behavioural issues, and traumatic stress. She has worked with children, teenagers, adults, and older people.
