Jade is an integrative, person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist. She applies a range of appropriate therapeutic approaches in her practice according to the needs of her clients. In consideration of personal context and environment, Jade draws upon Gestalt, Emotionally Focused (EFT), Attachment styles, Trauma-Informed Practice and Narrative therapies. Building genuine rapport and strong alliances with her clients, Jade champions those she works with for the purpose of helping them reach their goals. With the basis of the psychodynamic approach, Jade uses creativity, imagery and visualisation to draw deeper into the client's experiences.
Jade supports those suffering grief, loss and trauma. She has supported women from family and domestic violence and pre and post-pregnancy care.
Jade values culture, diversity and inclusivity and has weaved her journey through the complexities of social and cultural issues in this evolving landscape. A parent of young adults, Jade is happy to share parenting highlights and experiences.
After a significant history in operational and client services roles, Jade turned toward her passion and niche to support people in their mental health and well-being journeys.
Jade also had years of experience volunteering in charities and local community organisations.
