Breakthrough Occupational Therapy Practice is a private mental health service that uses movement therapy principles in treatment. to improve general function through balance therapy, improving mental tranquility and use strength therapy training. The practice is endorsed by the Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) professional association to practice and provide focused psychological strategy treatment through the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initivite. The practice predominantly offers treatment to patients with a diagnosis of mental health and drug or alcohol conditions. Breakthrough Occupational Therapy Practice has a background in mental health case management and care coordination experience, the practice can offer assistance with NDIS; Housing/ Private rental; Centrelink/Medicare; Trustee & Guardian, and more. Patients will also receive psychoeducation and management support for their mental health, drug or alcohol conditions. Patients will receive treatment through telehealth sessions ( for those patients living in rural and remotes areas) and only face-to-face for patients living in the Sutherland Shire and St George local health areas.
