Overview

Bimba is a qualified counsellor working with adolescents, young adults & and families from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds for over 10 years.She adheres to using therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Solution-focused therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy. She adopts a culturally sensitive and trauma-focused approach and brings reflections from her lived experiences in her practice. Bimba provides counselling support to young adults,international students, recent migrants to understand the unique challenges clients face, including anxiety, depression, impacts of cultural identity on self-confidence, decision making and relationships.
