Ms Ariadne Lack

Psychologist

Welcome. I'm Ariadne, a psychologist who specialises in helping adults who are burnt out, overwhelmed and suspect they have ADHD or ASD brain style differences. The journey of undiagnosed neurodiverse adults can often be seen in a cycle of Striving, Burnout, Recovery, Repeat. Over decades, this cycle erodes peoples self confidence, emotional and physical wellbeing, their relationships and even their financial security. Using three decades of experience I offer, Therapeutic Diagnostic Assessments helping individuals identify and make sense of their unique brain style. The process helps shed light on why some aspects of life have been such a struggle and provides clear actionable steps towards support. I'm passionate about welcoming people into the world of neurodiversity and helping them understand and support their brain style differences with understanding, patience and confidence. I also provide individual Neuroaffirming Psychological Therapy with a focus on; Connection, Emotion Regulation, Nutrition, Sensory Processing and Executive Functioning differences, Grief & Trauma Therapy and the development of Advocacy Skills for newly diagnosed neurodiverse people. I provide Australia Wide Assessment and Therapy services via Tele/Video Health and face to face appointments for those in the Bellarine and Surf Coast Regions of Victoria.
