I view helping people navigate the vulnerable process of exploring their thoughts and emotions as a special privilege, and I take pride in creating a safe space for authentic self-expression. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and informed, and I aim to guide and encourage people in moving toward their goals by helping them recognise their strengths, capabilities, and inherent worth.
I support clients with a wide range of presentations, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, sexual wellbeing, relationships, OCD, and personality disorders. One of my core areas of interest is emotional regulation, where I help individuals understand and cope with their emotional experiences. I flexibly draw from therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) depending on your individual needs and goals.
