Ashleigh D'Arcy Dietitian

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian located in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region, that graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2022. I have been working in the field since April 2023, working primarily throughout local GP clinics and looking after local veterans. My main goal as a dietitian is to create bonds with clients to help create a safe, open atmosphere, to ensure I can help in the best way I know how, through nutritional advice and education. My main areas of specialty include: Veteran health Mental health Weight management Sports nutrition and body composition Cholesterol management Diabetes Gut disorders such as IBS, GORD etc Arthritis/ inflammation Low body weight I look forward to working with you and helping you with your nutritional needs and goals.
