Ashlea is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in the non-government and private sectors. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. Passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering space, Ashlea supports individuals in working toward their therapeutic goals.
With a client-centred approach grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practices, Ashlea tailors therapy to each person's unique needs. She integrates evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Methods to support meaningful progress and healing.
