Ash Mitchell Physiotherapist

Ash is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in sports and exercise physiotherapy. She has worked with elite athletes, including roles with the Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL) and the Australian MotoGP, WSBK, and Formula 1 events. Currently she looks after Camberwell Hockey club. Her expertise spans injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation, and she is passionate about helping patients optimise their performance and return to performance safely. Ash’s approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs. She is skilled in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and works closely with her patients to ensure comprehensive care and effective outcomes. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, Ashleigh continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care.
