Arna provides therapy to children aged 3+ years, adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include Depression, Anxiety, parenting challenges, behavioural and emotional difficulties, ADHD, and PTSD. “I believe in early, proactive and holistic intervention and work collaboratively with families, teachers and others to achieve the best outcomes for the patient. I build a strong rapport with children and adolescents, using a fun, creative and strengths-based approach. I also enjoy supporting adults to achieve meaningful change in their lives.”
