Dr Kath Boekamp

Psychologist

Kath Boekamp is a Clinical Psychologist and is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Member of the Institute of Clinical Psychologists & the Australian Clinical Psychologists Association. Kath has experience working in a variety of clinical settings within the public and private sector, in particular those specialising in Youth Mental Health Assessment and Treatment. She provides evidence-based treatments depending on the person’s needs. She uses a number of psychological approaches based on her training dependent on the suitability for the client and the situation. These include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Behavioural Activation, Metacognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy & Eye-Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). Tamika Reid(She/her)

Psychologist

Tamika is a warm, caring, and bright Provisional Psychologist who brings support and positivity to help her clients who may be struggling with life stresses and changes, school/work, and the impacts of depression and anxiety. Tamika has a passion for helping people reach their full potential by focusing on the individual needs of each client to customise a fit-for-purpose approach, as her intent is to gain experience across a variety of therapeutic approaches. Her approach is consistently kind, calm, compassionate, ultimately ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment. She often uses CBT, DBT, and Schema therapy approaches in her work with clients, but is more interested in finding out what works for each client. Tamika holds a provisional registration, which means that she has completed her studies and is working under the supervision of our Clinic Director. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from Curtin University in Western Australia and has recently completed a Masters of Professional Psychology at ECU and is now in her final year of Supervised practice. Tamika enjoys working with clients of all ages (12+) to support them with: Depression Anxiety Stress/burnout Neurodivergence of all types Autism and ADHD assessments Career guidance, workplace stress Social relationships Tamika sees clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
