As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, Annie is passionate about helping others navigate the often overwhelming world of nutrition. With a background as a certified personal trainer, Annie thrives on staying active - whether it's through a strength and conditioning class or running a cheeky half marathon here & there. Her goal as a dietitian is to simplify nutrition and empower my clients to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
A personal note from Annie: "believe in leading with empathy and being my clients' biggest supporter, helping them discover real-life solutions that work for them. My journey into dietetics began from my childhood in dancing, where I was first exposed to food and body image talk. Somewhere along the journey of navigating diet culture, restrictions and fad diets, I learnt the importance of self compassion and the importance of fuelling my body and mind. I aspire to be the dietitian I once needed".
