Therapy with Amanda
Therapy can feel tough, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done it before. In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s going on and break things down into smaller, more manageable pieces. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable, understood, and ready to take steps toward feeling better.
