Overview

Amanda is a registered psychologist experienced in enabling individuals, teams and organisations to thrive. She is passionate about helping clients tap into their performance potential through evidence-based mental training. Amanda has completed a Master in Sport and Exercise Psychology and worked across a variety of high-performance sport and clinical settings. She has held roles with Carlton Football Club, Brisbane Lions Academy and Brisbane City Football Club; and worked with athletes of all ages, competitive levels and sporting codes. Amanda helps clients to develop their mental fitness to thrive in sport, work and life. She places emphasis on strengthening clients’ awareness and understanding of themselves to appropriately overcome their own challenges and setbacks and work toward their unique goals. Her areas of interest span from performance under pressure and refining the 1%ers, to managing anxiety, injury and selection difficulties. Amanda believes people from all walks of life can benefit from developing high performance habits on and off the track or sporting field.
