Brooke graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2015 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science before continuing on her studies to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2017.
Brooke grew up an avid Ballet and Contemporary dancer as well as a sport enthusiast, which is where she developed her love for exercise and health, which she continues to foster today. Brooke has participated in numerous sports throughout the years including dance, netball, soccer and Oztag, representing at various levels. Brooke has a background in the fitness industry, having worked as a personal trainer and dance teacher during her studies. It is Brooke’s extensive teaching and personal training background that has allowed her to develop the precise eye for movement analysis that she now employs in her clinical treatment.
Whilst completing her Masters degree, Brooke obtained clinical experience in a broad range of settings, including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Oncology, Pilates and Diabetes Clinics and Camps.
