Michelle has extensive clinical experience working privately as an Occupational Therapist as well as having worked for Disability Services Queensland, Child Development and Behaviour Service, Autism Queensland, and the National Health Services in the UK.

James has extensive experience working as a private psychologist and has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. James has also facilitated group and family sessions. James also has extensive experience mental health, addictions, disability services, and child safety.

Tess has worked privately as a child psychologist for many years. Prior to this she worked as a behavioural psychologist with Disability Services Queensland, Child Safety, and the Royal Queensland Bush Children's Health Scheme.
