Becca is an experienced mental health occupational therapist and holds full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is an active member of the Occupational Therapy Australia Association (OTA) and the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA). With a special interest in working with clients with ADHD, Becca brings extensive experience from diverse settings, such as forensic inpatient units, prisons, and private practice. She works with clients aged 12 and up, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs and challenges. Becca supports clients to gain a deeper understanding of ADHD and how symptoms might impact them. She employs a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice and works collaboratively with clients to help them achieve practical and meaningful goals to enhance their functioning in work, study and/or home. Therapy presentations: Clients aged 12 and up with ADHD, anxiety or sleep disorder looking for support to improve function across work/study/home. Specific interventions might include support with time management, planning/prioritising/organisation, sleep hygiene, communication skills, stress management/emotion regulation, study skills.

Anthony is an experienced therapist and registered psychologist, with extensive experience working with adults with ADHD from a variety of cultures and communities, including the LGBTQIA+ and First Nations community. Anthony works with an integrated framework, tailoring his therapeutic approach to the specific needs of the client and approaches therapy with authenticity, compassion and empathy. He has particular expertise and passion in working with people who have ADHD, and has a passion helping people perform at their best in their studies, careers and relationships. Anthony also has a breadth of experience in private practice working with people with depression, anxiety, sleep issues, trauma, drug and alcohol issues, and has a great deal of interest in how to treat these conditions for adults with ADHD. Anthony is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and The Gottman Method for relationships. Anthony is registered with Medicare.
