Adam has worked as a Physiotherapist for 20 years and brings with him a refined and unique skill set. Over the last 10 years Adam has increasingly recognised the role of behavioural, social, and environmental drivers in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
As a certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Adam can provide a whole-system approach to injury management, health, and wellness.
Sports Physiotherapy inspired Adam to become a Physiotherapist, and this has always been a core element of his practice. Adam has worked with junior and senior elite soccer in Ballarat since 2008. He also has a strong interest in running injuries, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
Adam has extensive experience working in Occupational Health providing manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, pre-employment musculoskeletal screening, job site assessments and risk management strategy development.
