The Discovery Call gives us a chance to discuss your goals, where you're at on your journey and it helps us to discover whether my services and your needs are a good fit to work together. We have the chance to discuss your current situation, what you hope to achieve by working together, how my programs work plus what's involved. This is a unique opportunity to ensure that working together resonates and we can then move forward with starting you on your new wellness journey. If your appointment is related to hormones, please fill out the Hormone Profile Questionnaire which will be emailed to you, prior to this appointment.

Australian Residents Only. Online Audio-Visual Consultation. In an initial consultation, we will spend around 1 hour getting to know you and your health situation. I use this time to gain as much information as possible, to assist me with understanding the underlying cause of your concerns, and to build a picture of your overall health. From here, you will receive a treatment plan which includes diet modification, lifestyle recommendations, supplementation and any required testing or referrals. Ongoing follow up appointments are required in order to build your health, with the length of time and frequency of appointments to be discussed in your appointment. You will receive an email confirming your booking along with the client intake questionnaire. Please keep an eye on your junk folder for this email.
