For patients who are self funded or have Private Health Insurance with Extras cover for Occupational Therapy.

Please Note that without a valid Worksafe Claim Number, patient's will be required pay on day of appointment and seek reimbursement from Employer

For patients who have been seen initially at Sandhurst Hand Therapy and who are self funding or who have Private Health Insurance with Extras cover for Occupational Therapy

Please note if a valide Worksafe Claim number is not available, Patients will be required to pay on the day and seek reimbursement from Employer until claim number is provided

Patient will be required to pay fees on the day until a valid claim number is present and seek reimbursement from Insurer / Employer.
